PROCESSING TIME: 3-5 business days.Each cutter is custom made to order and processing time is based on our printing capabilities and current workload. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays..
TRACKING: After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number via e-mail, so you'll be able to check the status of your package anytime.
Orders are shipped out the following working day after payment confirmation.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out successfully.
Delivery period starts once you have received your shipping confirmation email.
Below are the estimated delivery periods:
(Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon order payment confirmation.
West Malaysia: Delivery takes 2-4 working days
East Malaysia: Delivery takes 2-7 working days
Singapore: Delivery takes 2-7 working days
International: Delivery takes 7-10 working days & is subject to customs clearance (which may take longer)

Track Your Order
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with the courier service used and the tracking number. Copy the tracking number and paste it into the courier company's website below (Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the courier company to reflect your tracking details in their system):
Please note: Once we have dispatched your order via courier, By Dreamcuts is not liable for any delays if the parcel is in transit due to holiday seasons, incorrect addresses, delivery failure etc.
Please note that all items once sold cannot be cancelled from the order or returned once payment has been made for it. We print to order and therefore we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Please check ALL of your cutters upon receipt.
Once an order is placed, “We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellation.”
However, if your cutter was an incorrect size or damaged upon arrival, if this is the case you must contact within 12 hour of delivery with a picture of the issue.
The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
*if you need your order in a rush, please leave us a note during checkout and we will prioritize your order to make sure we can put it in the mail as easy as possible.
